If a certain date is fully booked, I'll inform you about that and either you can choose a different date to collect your cupcakes or you'll receive a full refund.

Flour [Wheat flour, Raising Agents], Sugar, Egg, Strawberry jam,  Butter: (Butter[milk], lactic culture [milk], salt.), Butter1: Vegetable oils [rapeseed, palm, sunflower], water, salt, emulsifiers [lecithin, mono and of fatty acids, acid [lactic acid], colours [beta-carotene], vitamin A and D, flavourings), Icing sugar, Organic vanilla extract with seeds [water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seed], sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners [xanthan gum, guar gum])
 
Dairy free option:
Butter2: Plant oils [coconut, sunflower, rapeseed], water, sea salt, faba bean preparation, emulsifier[lecithin], natural flavourings, colour [carotenes].
 
Buttercream: Icing sugar {Icing sugar, Anti-caking agent, Tricalcium Phosphate}, Butter (Milk), lactic culture (Milk), salt, Vanilla bean paste {Organic vanilla extract with seeds [water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seed], sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners [xanthan gum, guar gum])}, Water.

FOOD COLOURINGS:
Note: if a colour other than natural buttercream is requested there will be
food colour additives in the buttercream.
I use multiple food colourings: Sugarflair, Wilton, Progel, Colour Splash, Fractal.
May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

ALLERGIES:
I use all allergens in my kitchen. Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts and other allergens may not be in the products, they are still used in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any of my cakes are allergen free.

NON-EDIBLE ITEMS
Some cakes contain inedible items. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption e.g. Happy Birthday toppers ..

NOTICE FOR ORDERS
To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible for your order. However, I will accept short notice orders subject to availability.
Each cake is bespoke and made individually by hand, so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested.

CANCELLATION AND REFOUND:
Eszter's Bakery retain the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as fire or ill health, during such times, a full refund of any monies paid will be made as soon as possible.

COLLECTION:
Cupcakes can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time and date. The collection address for all orders is Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom (LU2) and the full address will be sent to you on placement of your order.
No returns or exchanges.
 
BEST BEFORE DATE / STORAGE CONDITIONS

Your cakes are baked to ensure they are fresh for the date of your event, I cannot guarantee its quality if it’s consumed more than 24 hours after the event. My cakes are made entirely of natural ingredients, so they do not have the extended shelf life of most supermarket cakes, which contain additives and preservatives to ensure their prolonged life.
Celebration cakes are best stored in the fridge (remove 2 hours before consumption to allow to come to room temp) Any leftover cake can be frozen for up to 1 month. Eszter's Bakery will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to.
 
TRANSPORT
Please handle our products with care, they are, after all, cake & buttercream and are very delicate. Always hold the box from underneath. Cakes should either be held during transit by a passenger or sat flat in the footwell or boot, NEVER transport our products directly on the car seat. During the warmer months, it helps to have your vehicles air conditioning running cold. Remember: butter melts!
