This website is owned and operated by Eszter's Bakery. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the chance to purchase products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that:

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Shipping & Returns Policy:

Cupcakes and Cakes can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time and date. The collection address for all orders is Luton, Beds, United Kingdom and the full address will be sent to you on placement of your booking.

Biscuits, Cake pops and Cakesicles will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. (1-2 working days)

All of our physical products are non-refundable.

Purchase Policy:

All items on our website, require you, as the customer to pay the full balance upon purchase.

No product will leave the bakery unless these terms are met or otherwise agreed between you, as the customer and Eszter's Bakery.

Notice for Orders

To avoid disappointment please give as much notice as possible for your order. However, I will accept short notice orders subject to availability.
Each cake is bespoke and made individually by hand, so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested.

Cancellation Policy:

If the order is cancelled after the full balance has been paid and before the product has been produced, however preparations has been made, then you may be entitled to a 50% refund.

If the order has to be cancelled due to illness, and Eszter's Bakery will not be able to fulfil its commitment, then the full amount of payment will be refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if these terms are not met.

Disclaimer:

We take full responsibility for any physical products within the establishment up until they are handed over to the customer.

We take no responsibility for physical products once they have left the premises and do not offer refunds for accidental damage.

The customer or bearer of the physical product accepts full liability for the product once product has left the premises.
