Butter Biscuits

 

INGREDIENTS LIST:


Flour [Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Unsalted Butter: Vegetable oils 70% (rapeseed, palm, sunflower in varying proportions), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifiers [lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acid [citric acid], colouring [carotene], natural flavouring, vitamin A and D, Caster sugar, Egg.

 

ROYAL ICING and Royal Icing flowers:

Granulated sugar, Eggs, Cornflour, Lemon juice.

FOOD COLOURINGS:
I use multiple food colourings: Sugarflair, Wilton, Progel, Colour Splash, Fractal.
May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts and other allergens may not be in the products, they are still used in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any of my biscuits, cakes, cupcakes, party treats are allergen free.
