Cupcake and Cake:

 

Flour [Wheat flour, Raising Agents], Sugar, Egg, Butter: (Butter[milk], lactic culture [milk], salt.), 
(Spread1:Vegetable oils [rapeseed, palm, sunflower], water, salt, emulsifiers [lecithin, mono and of fatty acids, acid [lactic acid], colours [beta-carotene], vitamin A and D, flavourings), Organic vanilla extract with seeds [water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seed], sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners [xanthan gum, guar gum])
 

Buttercream: Icing sugar {Icing sugar, Anti-caking agent, Tricalcium Phosphate}, Butter (Milk), lactic culture (Milk), salt, Vanilla bean paste {Organic vanilla extract with seeds [water, ethanol, vanilla extract, vanilla seed], sugar, inulin, tapioca starch, thickeners [xanthan gum, guar gum])}, Water.

Optional : Cocoa powder

Halal: No Vanilla flavouring will be added (contains alcohol), I use Halal certified food colourings, Pork free kitchen.

Dairy Free option: Spread2: Plant oils [coconut, sunflower, rapeseed], water, sea salt, faba bean preparation, emulsifier[lecithin], natural flavourings, colour [carotenes],

Butter Biscuits:

Flour [Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Unsalted Butter: Vegetable oils 70% (rapeseed, palm, sunflower in varying proportions), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifiers [lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acid [citric acid], colouring [carotene], natural flavouring, vitamin A and D, Caster sugar, Egg.

 

ROYAL ICING:

Granulated sugar, Eggs, Cornflour, Lemon juice.

Best Before:       

(up to 3 weeks)

food colour additives in the buttercream.
I use multiple food colourings: Sugarflair, Wilton, Progel, Colour Splash, Fractal.

ALLERGIES:
I use all allergens in my kitchen. Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts and other allergens may not be in the products, they are still used in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any of my cupcakes are allergen free.

NON-EDIBLE ITEMS:
Some cupcakes and cakes contain inedible items. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these are removed before consumption e.g. Happy Birthday toppers ..

 

BEST BEFORE DATE 


Your Cupcakes and Cakes are baked to ensure they are fresh for the date of your event, I cannot guarantee its quality if it’s consumed more than 24 hours after the event. My cupcakes and cakes are made entirely of natural ingredients, so they do not have the extended shelf life of most supermarket cakes, which contain additives and preservatives to ensure their prolonged life.
 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

  • Keep cakes and cupcakes out of direct sunlight.

  • Cupcakes are best stored at room temperature (do not refrigerate) and can be left in the box overnight. They will last up to 5 days in an airtight container.

  • Celebration cakes are best stored in the fridge (remove 2 hours before consumption to allow to come to room temp) 

  • Any leftover cake can be frozen for up to 1 month.

TRANSPORT

All products we produce at Eszter's Bakery are handmade with love and care.

We accept no responsibility for products once they have left the bakery.

  • Please handle our products with care, they are, after all, cake & buttercream and are very delicate. 

  • Bouquets can be top heavy so be cautious.

  • Always hold the box from underneath.

  • Cakes/bouquets should either be held during transit by a passenger or sat flat in the footwell or boot, NEVER transport our products directly on the car seat.

  • During the warmer months, it helps to have your vehicles air conditioning running cold. Remember: butter melts!
