
My Story
Baking had always been a passion of mine. What started as a simple hobby—making birthday cakes and other sweets for my family—soon became something much more. Each year, I took great care in designing the perfect cakes and biscuit toppers for my children, making their birthdays even more special.
I started Eszter's Bakery in early 2020, specializing in gluten-free, chocolate-dipped, and organic ginger biscuits. However, when COVID hit, my business struggled. Around the same time, we welcomed our youngest child, and I knew it was time for a change.
During my pregnancies, I developed food allergies, which made me more aware of the need for inclusive, allergen-friendly treats. Realizing that others might also be looking for dairy- and egg-free options, I decided to incorporate them into my offerings.
Determined to transform my business, I began training myself—taking numerous online courses to refine my skills and bring my ideas to life. I learned how to create not only beautiful but also delicious cakes and biscuits.
Through continuous learning and dedication, I have turned my love for baking into an art form. Today, I specialize in crafting realistic, edible buttercream floral cupcakes, cakes, and royal iced biscuits—each one made with passion and attention to detail.
Seeing the joy my creations bring to others is the most rewarding part of my journey, and I can't wait to continue sharing my love for baking with the world.
